I've owned a 2008 Cayenne, a 2016 Cayenne S, and now this 2019 Cayenne e-Hybrid. The 9Y0 e-Hybrid is the best of the bunch. The extra punch from the electric motor makes my old Cayenne S feel downright slow in comparison. The torque is so high at launch that the lurch forward feels like you were rear-ended. I have the soft-close doors which I consider "unnecessary". They work fine but I wouldn't special order them. CarPlay integration works beautifully; never an issue. The large touch screen is every bit what you'd expect in a car of this era; responsive, huge, easy to read in all lighting. I have the 21" Spyder wheels and they're gorgeous. They look every bit as good as the 21" Turbo wheels on my 2016. One thing I've learned is that you can't take painted wheels to Discount Tire. They chip off the paint every time and a repaint job can be $150 or more per wheel. I recommend only using the dealership for tire changes if you have the glorious painted wheel options. Which brings me to the dealer; if you buy a Porsche, the acquisition cost is just the first sticker shock of many. Oil change? $500. New brakes every 18 months or so? $2000. These are extremely over-engineered vehicles (I say that as a compliment) and the maintenance costs reflect that. - 1.0

I bought the 2019 Cayenne from a Bethesda Porsche at 2018/12/12. I changed the cayenne to another car. 1.2019 Cayenne has brake cracking noise.But there is no dealer who can solve this problem. I left my car with a dealer in Towson for nine days, but the same problem happened. The dealer at Silver Spring didn't even know what was wrong and had no answer. 2.There is a problem with the electrical system. For example, Auto Headlights do not work. I know at what point the Auto Headlight should work because I always drive the same road every morning and evening. 3.There is a bounce when the auto mission shifts from one to three. 4.Noise occurs at mufflers at a low speed of 5-10 5. Vibration is felt on the seat and the steering wheel when the air conditioner is operated. In addition to these problems, there were many problems, but I was so stressed out that I had to switch to another car. But what's really amazing is that the cayenne traded is sold as a certified used car in Porsche. I think it was really the worst brand to sell the car, making a profit from the expedient, and the salesman sending a text message to the customer that he didn't give the survey high scores. ps)These dealers have to be careful.
